Identity and Access Management Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for the organization's identity management infrastructure, which encompasses Active Directory and Okta.

• Administer user identity lifecycle tasks, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and managing end-user access.

• Spearhead and assist with projects related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and their integrations.

• Execute and integrate new solutions, such as CyberArk and SAP.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, system administrators, and cross-functional teams.

• Work in partnership with various business units to address identity and access requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management/Access Control or a comparable role is essential.

• Must possess a detail-oriented and process-focused mindset.

• Capability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and juggle multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a customer-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) is required.

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory.

• Experience with tools and systems such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Jira, Confluence, AWS, SAP, and Workday is necessary.
