This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the system information needs for Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM) within enterprise-level or extensive information systems.
• Ascertain high-level functional and technical specifications through engagement with the user community and expertise in enterprise architecture.
• Create the ICAM implementation framework that includes software, hardware, and communication components.
• Identify, evaluate, and present various options for authentication and authorization, along with segregation of duties and privileged access management.
• Produce high-level system design schematics.
• Guarantee compatibility and adherence to open systems architecture standards, including OSI, ISO, IEEE OSE, and Information Management solution specifications.
• Ensure the common operating environment meets compliance requirements.
• Analyze workflow, organizational, and planning challenges and devise corrective measures.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in system architecture and engineering.
• Five (5) years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) implementations and integrations.
• Valid Sec+ certification or an equivalent IAT Level II certification.
• Relevant certification from a recognized national technical authority.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Preferably an MA/MS in a technical field with at least fifteen (15) years of experience.
