This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with leaders in Supply Chain Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and IT to redefine and enhance end-to-end planning processes, encompassing Demand, Supply, Inventory, and IBP/S&OP.
• Convert business strategy into a clear, actionable IBP and Inventory Optimization roadmap.
• Challenge existing processes, assumptions, and system architectures to enhance speed, focus, and decision-making quality.
• Drive measurable business results in areas such as service, inventory, cost, and agility.
• Design and implement integrated, decision-ready data sets that synchronize demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial perspectives.
• Transition planning from calendar-driven reviews to exception-driven workflows with well-defined thresholds and tolerances.
• Ensure exceptions are actionable by clarifying business meanings, decision ownership, and suggested actions and trade-offs.
• Integrate decision-making logic directly into IBP workflows to facilitate same-day or next-day decisions.
• Lead or assist in IBP and SAP supply chain implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams and external partners to provide high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
• Typically requires at least ten (10) years of experience.
• 5-7+ years of direct experience with SAP IBP across various planning domains.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC supply chain modules (MM, PP; experience with APO is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in designing end-to-end planning architectures and integrations.
• Solid understanding of data models, master data governance, and planning heuristics.
• Profound knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations in complex, dynamic environments.
• Ability to link system and data design decisions directly to business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder influence capabilities, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading transformation initiatives, not just system implementations.
