
IAM/IGA Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the complete delivery of IAM/IGA consulting projects, encompassing discovery, scope definition, planning, estimation, resourcing, execution, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
β’ Lead the implementation efforts involving Saviynt and/or SailPoint, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and IdentityIQ.
β’ Convert business, security, and compliance requirements into clear technical workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Collaborate with architects and engineers to evaluate solution designs, integration patterns, identity data flows, connector strategies, provisioning logic, and workflow configurations.
β’ Proactively identify technical risks and collaborate with engineering teams to address architecture, integration, data-quality, environment, and platform-related obstacles.
β’ Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
β’ Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, facilitating working sessions, project status meetings, steering committees, technical discussions, and escalation conversations.
β’ Coordinate efforts across IAM engineering, infrastructure, application, security, compliance, audit, HR, and business teams.
β’ A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in IAM/IGA engineering, implementation, or architecture.
β’ Strong implementation background with Saviynt, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or a similar enterprise IGA platform.
β’ At least two years of experience leading technical projects or workstreams in roles such as Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Solution Architect, or equivalent.
β’ A solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, including joiner/mover/leaver processes, access requests, approvals, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, and application onboarding.
β’ Proficient knowledge of identity repositories, authoritative sources, entitlement models, role-based access control, role mining, segregation of duties, and identity data reconciliation.
β’ Experience with enterprise integrations and technologies such as REST APIs, SCIM, SQL, Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud applications, and connector frameworks.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical decisions to executives and discussing implementation specifics with engineers.
β’ Familiarity with delivery and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
