This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and sustain the functionality of the SailPoint (IdentityIQ) platform and its connectors to various source and target systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, HR systems, and SaaS applications.
• Design and create custom integrations and interfaces with InPost's internal systems, collaborating closely with our implementation partner (Integrity Partners).
• Automate identity lifecycle processes such as provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignment using PowerShell, Python, and Java/Groovy.
• Establish integrations through REST API, SCIM, LDAP, and SOAP/XML, including data mappings and transformation logic.
• Design and implement workflows for access approval, escalation, and entitlement certification.
• Review and analyze logs from systems, applications, and Active Directory/Azure AD to troubleshoot provisioning and integration issues.
• Engage in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and manage code using Git.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for connectors, provisioning processes, and operational procedures.
• Collect business requirements directly from business and system owners across departments and translate them into technical designs.
• Track work progress in Jira and take part in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Practical, hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or IdentityNow), as this is the platform we utilize, and direct experience is essential.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience overall, including:
• Programming in Java, Python, and/or PowerShell (minimum of 3 years);
• System integrations using REST API, SCIM, or LDAP (minimum of 2 years);
• Experience with Git and CI/CD (minimum of 2 years);
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing system logs (minimum of 2 years).
• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Familiarity with IAM protocols such as SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, and Kerberos.
• Technical understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Knowledge of core security principles: least privilege, separation of duties, RBAC.
• Proficiency in Polish, both spoken and written (most documentation and stakeholders communicate in Polish);
• English proficiency at B2 level for cross-market collaboration.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with Saviynt, Okta Workflows, or a comparable IGA platform.
• Microsoft SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator Associate) certification, or a willingness to obtain it.
• Exposure to SIEM tools (such as Splunk, Sentinel) in the context of IAM.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
