IAM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Integrate the company's internal applications to automate the assignment and revocation of permissions.

• Implement automated user provisioning processes (onboarding, offboarding, and role changes).

• Design and execute user management controls, including automatic offboarding and periodic access revalidation campaigns.

• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to define roles, groups, and privileges based on the principle of least privilege.

• Develop and maintain scripts or automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Document processes, procedures, and policies related to the identity lifecycle.

• Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence and IAM compliance reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, AD, JumpCloud).

• Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, SCIM, REST API, and automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar).

• Experience in cloud environments (Google Workspace, AWS, GCP).

• Strong understanding of compliance controls (ISO 27001, SOC 2, ITGC).
