HVAC Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the HVAC, manufacturing, and food processing industries throughout the Central Region.

• Provide expert guidance to engineers and contractors, ensuring that our motors, blowers, and mechanical drive components are accurately specified for their projects.

• Cultivate valuable relationships with existing industrial end-users and distributors.

• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations that emphasize energy efficiency and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) benefits.

• Operate independently to oversee your pipeline, from initial lead generation to closing deals and providing after-sales support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial technical sales.

• Familiarity with ACMV/HVAC systems, power transmission, or rotating equipment is a considerable advantage.

• An established network of contacts among M&E contractors, OEMs, or industrial distributors in Selangor and KL.

• Demonstrated ability to remain disciplined and productive in a fully remote setting.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is beneficial for communication with specific client segments.

• A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for regular travel within the designated territory.
