HVAC E-Premium Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Responsible for coordinating the engagement and achievement of division sales goals with COD & Distributor Channel Partners, covering all residential brands that utilize inverter technology.

• Meet Division Sales Targets for Side-Discharge Products across all residential brands.

• Serve as the Division Product Champion to assist in identifying and developing COD & IND product sales opportunities within assigned focus areas.

• Support product teams in their development efforts and collaborate closely with the product applications resource (e.g., VRV and AER group).

• Ensure the achievement of division objectives for specific programs (e.g., VRV Pro) that fall within the specialist’s focus area.

• Provide resources and promotional support to engage TSMs effectively in selling the targeted products (both COD & IND).

• Act as an additional sales and training resource for COD and IND channels.

• Drive key organizational objectives across all brand strategies, including but not limited to Side-Discharge (FIT, Amana-S) sales, Daikin Cloud Services, R32 product launch, and Cold Climate Heat Pump initiatives.

• Function as the Daikin Comfort Pro Loyalty Champion and subject matter expert to promote the Daikin Vision, ensuring that our distribution channels collaborate and recruit premium contractors who embody Daikin philosophies.

• Manage the reporting and distribution of core data related to e-Premium objectives as directed by Executive Leadership.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of VRV and VRV Life Products and facilitate the growth of this technology through both Company Owned and Independent Owned channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in the HVAC industry.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, industry experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
