This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as a representative for one of the premier brands in the HVAC distribution sector for York Factory Direct, advocating for the Bosch product range within the designated market.
• Market and sell both Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, components, and supplies to HVAC contractors, with a strong focus on onboarding new York Dealers.
• Cultivate relationships with current customers to enhance wallet share and actively recruit new clients into the York network to boost market presence.
• Represent a company that takes pride in designing, assembling, and manufacturing HVAC solutions in the USA.
• Offer leadership coaching throughout your professional journey.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Over 5 years of technical expertise in commercial HVAC.
• More than 5 years of experience in customer service.
• Background in supporting the sales team.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer relationships and decision-making.
• Effective communication and organizational skills, both professional and effective.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with a positive approach to human relations.
