This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Represent a prominent brand within the HVAC distribution sector.
• Advocate for the Bosch portfolio within the designated market.
• Sell Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, components, and supplies to HVAC contractors.
• Cultivate relationships with current customers to enhance their share of wallet.
• Attract new customers to the York family to broaden market presence.
• Assist both internal and external customers with technical and commercial inquiries.
• Propel sales and boost margins through proactive outreach to the customer base.
• Manage order entry and shipment tracking as required.
• Provide post-sale support as necessary.
• Oversee product returns and educate customers on warranty procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Over 5 years of technical knowledge in commercial HVAC.
• More than 5 years of experience in customer service.
• Background in supporting a sales team.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building customer relationships and making decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both professional and effective.
• Robust analytical capabilities and a positive approach to human relations.
