This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Create and implement proactive prospecting strategies, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
• Full Sales Cycle: Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact to final contract closure.
• Consultative Selling and Diagnosis: Hold diagnostic meetings with C-level executives and directors to uncover their pain points and strategic challenges.
• Pipeline and CRM Management: Ensure meticulous management of the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/etc.).
• Negotiation and Closing: Develop value-oriented proposals, lead intricate negotiations, and secure contract closures.
• Sales professional with a proactive hunter mentality focused on acquiring new business.
• Strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work independently and manage your territory and account portfolio proactively.
• Resilience, determination, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Capability to confidently handle objections and intelligently address challenges.
• Consultative curiosity to analyze clients' pain points and data solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling engagement and influence with C-level decision-makers and leaders.
• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT/GPCT).
• Ability to convert technical features into business value, ROI, and financial impact.
• Proficiency in using prospecting and cadence tools (e.g., Ramper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
• Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.
