This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) initiative by facilitating human performance and family support services.

• Coordinate technical resources while collaborating with Human Performance leadership, POTFF stakeholders, and the chain of command.

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching for less experienced change management analysts.

• Collaborate with product management and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.

• Engage directly with clients to foster communication.

• Create improved change management reporting systems.

• Aid the Human Performance Manager in planning, developing, and synchronizing technical training, guidance, and policy suggestions.

• Organize, implement, document, and oversee human performance services aimed at optimizing performance and reconditioning of SOF personnel.

• Keep track of human performance supplies and equipment, prepare requisitions, and arrange for preventive maintenance.

• Create and distribute training materials, coordinate staff training and travel, and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Gather, analyze, document, and report performance data to Human Performance and POTFF leadership, including entries into the SPEAR enterprise database.

• Facilitate the integration of service members and families into assigned units, enhance family connections, and support deployment and transition readiness.

• Work alongside medical, psychological, cognitive, performance, nutrition, and family support professionals.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support program and operational needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain such a clearance.

• A Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A Master’s degree in exercise science, health science, physical education, or a related discipline.

• At least five years of experience in planning and coordinating sport- or mission-specific performance programs.

• Proven results in collegiate, professional, military, or SOF settings.

• Current professional certification in a relevant field, such as Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Physical Therapist, Cognitive Performance Specialist, or Performance Dietitian.

• Experience with multi-domain human performance programming.

• Familiarity with strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, reconditioning, and team dynamics.

• Capability to operate effectively in fast-paced, mission-oriented environments while demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, data management, and collaboration skills.

• Internet speed of 25mbps or higher, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connections.

• Minimum upload speed of 5mbps.

• Internet connection must be via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.

• A private and secure workspace with adequate power supply is required.

• Must currently and permanently reside within the Continental U.S.

• A smartphone is required to access Maximus systems.
