Human Resources Specialist, Shared Service Centre

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Assist with critical employee life cycle processes including onboarding, data management, absence management, transfers, and departures.

• Prepare global HR documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment forms, payroll enrollment documents, country-specific onboarding guides, and resignation letters.

• Organize and maintain employee records using our proprietary platform: input, update, and manage customer & professional personal information, and process various forms related to HR activities including new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.

• Administer benefits on behalf of customers & professionals.

• Aid in payroll preparation by supplying necessary data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.

• Conduct audits and checks on data modifications to guarantee accurate and timely payments for professionals.

• Engage in the continuous enhancement of HR processes and assist in keeping standard operating procedures and policies up to date.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with professionals and our customers to clarify and resolve queries and concerns (via email, phone, and other communication methods).

• Assist in the review and renewal of company policies, ensuring legal compliance.

• Liaise with GP partners/vendors, including insurance providers, local service providers, and pension providers.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related inquiries.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in HR operations.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset and comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

• Strong administrative skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Basic understanding of labor legislation across the EMEA region.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Proven experience in similar HR roles.

• Ability to collaborate within an international team comprising members from diverse locations, cultures, and backgrounds.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
