
Human Resources Shared Services Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers.
β’ Address inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, compensation, paid time off, employment verification, organizational changes, and HR programs.
β’ Recognize, categorize, and escalate complex issues to the relevant HR teams.
β’ Oversee the centralized HR inbox, ServiceNow queues, and other intake channels.
β’ Receive, prioritize, and direct requests from colleagues and people leaders.
β’ Maintain case documentation, monitor service levels, and analyze inquiry trends.
β’ Organize onboarding processes, employee status changes, transfers, promotions, organizational adjustments, and offboarding.
β’ Initiate and monitor onboarding workflows, and assist with new hire communications and orientation logistics.
β’ Handle termination, separation, payroll, system, organizational, and other HR transactions.
β’ Execute HRIS updates and workflow requests.
β’ Manage employment verification requests, letters, and standard HR documentation.
β’ Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, IT, Security, and other internal partners.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of colleague data, maintain electronic personnel files, and conduct regular audits.
β’ Generate and distribute standard HR reports while supporting ad hoc reporting requests.
β’ Assist with FAQs, knowledge articles, self-service resources, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Provide timely, professional, solution-oriented support while upholding confidentiality and compliance.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, employee service, customer service, shared services, or a related field.
β’ Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Preferred experience with HR systems and case management tools.
β’ Preferred background in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
β’ Preferred knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR policies.
β’ Associateβs or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Preferred PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification.
β’ Preferred experience with ServiceNow, ADP, Oracle HCM, or similar HR technology platforms.
β’ Capability to meet Hyatt remote IT requirements.
β’ High-speed internet service is required; DSL, Cable, or Fiber-Optic broadband is permitted.
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and employment regulations.
β’ Flexible remote work arrangement.
β’ High-speed internet service is mandatory for remote work.
β’ Acceptable broadband technologies include DSL, Cable, and Fiber-Optic.
