Human Resources Manager – Corrections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Offer HR generalist support for the field operations of Aramark Correctional Services

• Oversee and manage essential HR processes

• Address issues, follow up, and provide recommendations for corporate Centers of Excellence

• Respond to and investigate hotline inquiries

• Advise on corrective actions and performance management strategies

• Interpret and clarify policies

• Create and monitor employee engagement action plans

• Organize corporate engagement and celebration events

• Act as the main point of contact for the Accelerate to Leadership and Step Up to Leadership talent acquisition initiatives

• Report on and analyze HR metrics

• Assist with payroll and benefits administration

• Support onboarding programs and initiatives

• Travel 30%-50% to various client locations

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred HR/SPHR certification

• Required proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

• Desired experience in Human Resources planning and organizational development

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources

• Ideal Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• Required experience in employment relations, including conducting investigations and developing resolutions

• Ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with various management levels

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Competence in training and delivering presentations

• Understanding of financial and business objectives

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Initiative to enhance processes

• Capability to resolve practical problems with limited standardization

• Must reside in the state of Oklahoma
