This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as the main contact for all People-related issues in India, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality services throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Develop strong partnerships with managers, acting as a trusted advisor on team effectiveness, performance, and organizational challenges.
• Convert business objectives into practical, actionable people strategies that facilitate growth and execution.
• Manage the employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding) with an emphasis on consistency, quality, and ongoing improvement.
• Lead a small HR team while remaining actively involved — providing direction, challenging existing processes, driving accountability, and directly ensuring effective execution.
• Design and implement scalable HR processes and workflows that align with business goals.
• Guarantee adherence to Indian labor laws and statutory obligations.
• Support and expand initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and alignment with company values.
• Progressive HR experience, including roles as an HRBP or in strategic HR functions.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and employment practices.
• Experience in a global organizational setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exposure to HR transformation, process standardization, and policy formulation.
• Experience in balancing HR operations with business partnership duties.
