This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and assess ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities.
β’ Ensure full compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, while aligning policies with the Company's vision.
β’ Recommend, implement, and coordinate Human Resources policies and programs, including, but not limited to, employee relations, Workersβ Compensation, and training and development initiatives.
β’ Prepare, generate, and analyze both ongoing and ad-hoc special reports related to personnel information and data, including topics such as staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, Affirmative Action/EEO, compensation, promotions, and more.
β’ Maintain and enhance knowledge of existing and proposed federal and state laws/regulations impacting Human Resources management; identify trends that may affect organizational objectives or operational resources; interpret relevant laws and policies while advising management and associates as necessary.
β’ Participate, when appropriate, in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations issues, proactively anticipating potential problems and developing, recommending, and initiating suitable steps for resolution.
β’ Carry out other related duties as assigned.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
β’ At least 2 years of professional supervisory experience is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a staffing/agency environment is preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly desirable.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of multi-state employment-related laws and regulations.
β’ Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
β’ Strong work ethic, discipline, and a proven performance record.
β’ Attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capacity to act with integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
β’ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar software.
β’ Skilled in creating dashboards, presentations, and reports for C-Suite executives.
β’ Proficient in payroll, HRIS, and talent management systems.
β’ Capable of multitasking and completing various projects based on priority levels.
