This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Screening and reviewing candidates

• Sourcing potential candidates

• Engaging in communication with candidates

• Evaluating and providing feedback on assessment tasks for candidates

• Scheduling and conducting interviews

• Monitoring the HR email and responding appropriately

• Managing onboarding and offboarding procedures

• Coordinating interviews between potential candidates and team leaders

• Creating and/or updating job descriptions

• Developing and/or revising interview questions

• Posting and updating job advertisements

• Tracking job applicants

• Participating in general and departmental meetings


⛳️ Requirements

• Students and/or graduates in (Global/International) Human Resource Management, (Organisational/Business/Work/Behavioural) Psychology, Organisational Behavior or a related field

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work virtually and independently

• Proactive from the outset, taking initiative and managing uncertainty

• Strong organizational and management abilities

• Team-oriented, capable of prioritizing tasks and following instructions

• Effective time management and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google documents, sheets, and slides

• Positive attitude and a can-do approach

• Adaptable, eager to embrace new challenges, and committed to continuous learning

• Proficient in both spoken and written English
