Human Resources Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Human Resources Intern will play a key role in supporting various people and culture initiatives within the human resources department at Stride.

• Conduct competitive research, data analysis, and manipulate information effectively.

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Gain knowledge and implement best practices in the field of human resources.

• Carry out tasks using different technologies and platforms relevant to the business.

• Engage in HR projects and initiatives, which may include employee surveys and online training programs.

• Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related concerns via email or virtual meetings.

• Offer additional support to the team as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required; currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Excellent collaboration abilities are necessary.

• Strong observational and listening skills.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Outstanding problem-solving and execution capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• A passion for creating well-designed educational products.

• Ability to listen effectively, appreciate others’ viewpoints and contributions, and provide and receive constructive feedback.

• Proficiency in MS 365 and web navigation.

• Must be able to pass a required background check.

• Skilled in using online tools and utilities (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, Social Media, PowerPoint).
