β’ The Human Resources Intern will play a key role in supporting various people and culture initiatives within the human resources department at Stride.
β’ Conduct competitive research, data analysis, and manipulate information effectively.
β’ Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
β’ Gain knowledge and implement best practices in the field of human resources.
β’ Carry out tasks using different technologies and platforms relevant to the business.
β’ Engage in HR projects and initiatives, which may include employee surveys and online training programs.
β’ Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related concerns via email or virtual meetings.
β’ Offer additional support to the team as required.
β’ A high school diploma is required; currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ Excellent collaboration abilities are necessary.
β’ Strong observational and listening skills.
β’ Self-motivated individual.
β’ Outstanding problem-solving and execution capabilities.
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
β’ A passion for creating well-designed educational products.
β’ Ability to listen effectively, appreciate othersβ viewpoints and contributions, and provide and receive constructive feedback.
β’ Proficiency in MS 365 and web navigation.
β’ Must be able to pass a required background check.
β’ Skilled in using online tools and utilities (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, Social Media, PowerPoint).
