Human Resources Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh the Applicant Tracking System

• Coordinate and conduct phone interviews

• Contribute to the development of a Recruiting Best Practice strategy

• Support the creation of an event calendar, encompassing career fairs, campus visits, and networking events

• Aid in the reporting and analysis of the candidate pipeline

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field

• Experience and/or educational background in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development

• Enthusiasm for startups

• Diligent, driven, ambitious, self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude!
