This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• You will be part of the People team, collaborating on key tasks for talent attraction.

• Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals.

• Actively sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, universities, and technical schools.

• Conducting resume screening and phone/online interviews.

• Coordinating interviews with managers.

• Managing and updating the candidate database.

• Participating in job fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives.

• Suggesting improvements to the selection process.

• Analyzing key recruitment metrics.
