• Assists in the management of essential HR operations, including benefits administration and financial reconciliation.
• Supports programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and recognition.
• Coordinates activities related to employee onboarding and transitions.
• Analyzes trends and offers recommendations for enhancements.
• Provides assistance with recruitment initiatives.
• Delivers operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Partners with the HR team to update and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
• Maintains precise employee records and HR data; prepares reports, aids in audits, and collaborates with Finance on budgeting and audits.
• Manages wellness programs and materials to foster a healthy and engaged workforce.
• Stays informed on HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry developments; undertakes special projects and additional responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with experience in supporting a remote workforce being a plus.
• aPHR or PHR Designation or equivalent is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations.
• Experience with the full recruitment cycle.
• Proven ability to support employee relations issues.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be highly organized, with the ability to adapt and creatively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS/ATS software (e.g., Paylocity).
