This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assists in the management of essential HR operations, including benefits administration and financial reconciliation.
β’ Supports programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and recognition.
β’ Coordinates activities related to employee onboarding and transitions.
β’ Analyzes trends and offers recommendations for enhancements.
β’ Provides assistance with recruitment initiatives.
β’ Delivers operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
β’ Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
β’ Partners with the HR team to update and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
β’ Maintains precise employee records and HR data; prepares reports, aids in audits, and collaborates with Finance on budgeting and audits.
β’ Manages wellness programs and materials to foster a healthy and engaged workforce.
β’ Stays informed on HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry developments; undertakes special projects and additional responsibilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
β’ 3β5 years of relevant HR experience, with experience in supporting a remote workforce being a plus.
β’ aPHR or PHR Designation or equivalent is preferred.
β’ In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations.
β’ Experience with the full recruitment cycle.
β’ Proven ability to support employee relations issues.
β’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Must be highly organized, with the ability to adapt and creatively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficiency in managing HRIS/ATS software (e.g., Paylocity).
