β€’ Supervise daily staffing operations for a large group of BTs, ensuring adequate coverage for all client appointments and center requirements.

β€’ Manage and enhance staff schedules, including real-time modifications for callouts, cancellations, and coverage shortages.

β€’ Lead the orientation process for new hires at the center, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and integration into the team.

β€’ Monitor staffing metrics (such as utilization, attendance, and cancellations) to guarantee operational efficiency.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.

β€’ Coach, develop, and supervise direct reports, including conducting performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

β€’ Cultivate a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace that encourages retention and engagement.

β€’ Collaborate with HR on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and compliance matters.

β€’ Oversee center operations, encompassing inventory management, general workplace functionality, and coordination with the facility management team.

β€’ Serve as a vital communication link between leadership, staff, and support departments.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).

β€’ 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a relevant fast-paced employee relations role.

β€’ 3+ years of experience in operations, leading sizable teams (50+ employees) is essential.

β€’ Experience in similar service-oriented environments is preferred.

β€’ HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is highly preferred.

β€’ Strong leadership experience managing large teams (50+ employees) in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Advanced skills in employee relations and conflict resolution.

β€’ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.

β€’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a capacity to act independently.

β€’ Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.

β€’ High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

β€’ Ability to adapt to change and guide teams through organizational transitions.

β€’ Proficiency with systems, scheduling tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
