β’ Supervise daily staffing operations for a large group of BTs, ensuring adequate coverage for all client appointments and center requirements.
β’ Manage and enhance staff schedules, including real-time modifications for callouts, cancellations, and coverage shortages.
β’ Lead the orientation process for new hires at the center, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and integration into the team.
β’ Monitor staffing metrics (such as utilization, attendance, and cancellations) to guarantee operational efficiency.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
β’ Coach, develop, and supervise direct reports, including conducting performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
β’ Cultivate a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace that encourages retention and engagement.
β’ Collaborate with HR on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and compliance matters.
β’ Oversee center operations, encompassing inventory management, general workplace functionality, and coordination with the facility management team.
β’ Serve as a vital communication link between leadership, staff, and support departments.
β’ Bachelorβs degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
β’ 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a relevant fast-paced employee relations role.
β’ 3+ years of experience in operations, leading sizable teams (50+ employees) is essential.
β’ Experience in similar service-oriented environments is preferred.
β’ HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is highly preferred.
β’ Strong leadership experience managing large teams (50+ employees) in a dynamic environment.
β’ Advanced skills in employee relations and conflict resolution.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
β’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a capacity to act independently.
β’ Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
β’ High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
β’ Ability to adapt to change and guide teams through organizational transitions.
β’ Proficiency with systems, scheduling tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
