This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the principal strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to the President of the Food & Beverage division and senior Operations leaders.
• Convert business goals into people strategies that enhance organizational performance, leadership capability, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of business operations to proactively identify talent opportunities and organizational risks.
• Counsel leaders on organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and change management efforts.
• Balance divisional needs with overarching HR strategies and business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an HR Business Partner while promoting a collaborative, high-performing HR team.
• Set priorities, give direction, and ensure the consistent implementation of HR programs throughout the division.
• Enhance leadership capability by coaching managers and executives on performance management, employee development, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer service within the HR team.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
• Direct succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and performance management initiatives.
• Formulate and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Advocate for initiatives that enhance leadership capability and promote a high-performance culture.
• Provide counsel on intricate employee relations issues, investigations, performance challenges, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company policies.
• Collaborate with leaders to proactively reduce employee relations risks while ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Support union avoidance strategies through robust employee engagement and proactive leadership coaching.
• Leverage workforce metrics and HR analytics to identify trends, assess organizational health, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Create action plans to tackle turnover, engagement, productivity, and other workforce challenges.
• Influence leaders through data-informed recommendations that enhance business results.
• Track external labor market trends and emerging HR best practices to propose innovative solutions.
• Lead organizational change initiatives including restructures, acquisitions, process enhancements, and the rollout of new HR programs and systems.
• Promote the adoption of enterprise initiatives through strategic communication, coaching, and change management.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects that support company growth and transformation.

• Encourage open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a background as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior business leaders.
• Previous experience in managing and developing HR professionals, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations with large hourly employee populations.
• Proven track record as the senior HR leader for a business unit or operational division.
• Established ability to influence senior executives and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Strong background in leading organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Familiarity with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance with employment law.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders to decrease turnover, enhance engagement, and strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Knowledge of union avoidance strategies, employee engagement planning, and retention initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
