• The Human Resources Director (HRD) oversees strategic workforce planning while managing daily HR operations.
• The HRD collaborates proactively with leadership to enhance organizational performance goals focused on growth, excellence in experience, quality, and integrity.
• Work in partnership with Market Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Administrators, and Business Office Managers to ensure proper alignment with policies and salary administration where applicable.
• Must be prepared to travel up to 50% within the market. The selected candidate will need to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Proven ability to lead talent management initiatives that align with organizational performance metrics.
• A comprehensive understanding of core HR tools, resources, structures, and processes.
• Demonstrated capability to design, develop, align the organization, and lead the execution of projects and initiatives.
• Proven talent for building relationships and establishing trust with employees and leaders.
• Ability to influence senior leadership effectively.
• Capacity to anticipate needs and proactively propose solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
