📋 Description

• Act as the senior leader in workforce management for a globally distributed team supporting critical federal initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

• Provide strategic insights on workforce planning, organizational structure, and leadership development.

• Utilize data to inform decisions related to talent management and performance.

• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team.

• Assess and enhance HR programs, policies, and practices while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

• Work alongside HR stakeholder leaders to evaluate initiative intersections, tackle current and foreseeable challenges, and uphold transparency.

• Guide business leaders in making informed decisions on complex issues using insights from operations, industry trends, and HR analytics.

• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and aligning with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Over 10 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proficient in workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.

• Experience with HR analytics and making data-driven talent and performance decisions.

• Capability to lead and nurture HR professionals.

• Competence in ensuring HR programs, policies, and practices meet legal and regulatory standards.
