β’ Provides comprehensive administrative support, including the preparation of HR data reports.
β’ Responsible for the management and safeguarding of highly sensitive employee information.
β’ Coordinates activities related to special projects within designated functions.
β’ Ensures the accuracy and maintenance of personnel files.
β’ Prepares materials for new hires and facilitates their orientation process.
β’ Guarantees that candidates adhere to the proper onboarding and offboarding procedures.
β’ Processes changes or updates to personnel information in the HR system.
β’ Assists employees by addressing initial inquiries or directing them to the appropriate contact.
β’ Ensures compliance with TNCβs guidelines, SOPs, and policies regarding documentation and processes.
β’ Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and organizes travel arrangements.
β’ Prepares and organizes materials for meetings and presentations.
β’ Associateβs degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of HR-related experience, or an equivalent combination.
β’ Experience in maintaining files, processing paperwork, data entry, or related tasks.
β’ Experience in responding to inquiries from employees or customers.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office software and database applications.
