Human Resources Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides comprehensive administrative support, including the preparation of HR data reports.

• Responsible for the management and safeguarding of highly sensitive employee information.

• Coordinates activities related to special projects within designated functions.

• Ensures the accuracy and maintenance of personnel files.

• Prepares materials for new hires and facilitates their orientation process.

• Guarantees that candidates adhere to the proper onboarding and offboarding procedures.

• Processes changes or updates to personnel information in the HR system.

• Assists employees by addressing initial inquiries or directing them to the appropriate contact.

• Ensures compliance with TNC’s guidelines, SOPs, and policies regarding documentation and processes.

• Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and organizes travel arrangements.

• Prepares and organizes materials for meetings and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of HR-related experience, or an equivalent combination.

• Experience in maintaining files, processing paperwork, data entry, or related tasks.

• Experience in responding to inquiries from employees or customers.

• Proficiency in MS Office software and database applications.
