This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate collaboration between the HR Business Partners and the Total Rewards & Career teams, ensuring cohesive, high-quality, and consistent deliverables.
• Serve as a strategic partner for leadership, aiding in people-related decisions concerning structure, performance, retention, and transitions.
• Advise the team on managing sensitive issues within business areas, adopting a consultative, hands-on, and targeted methodology.
• Track people metrics and convert data into actionable insights for the business.
• Spearhead initiatives focused on career development, compensation, internal mobility, and recognition programs.
• Assist in the design and advancement of career policies, salary frameworks, promotions, merit increases, and job classifications.
• Conduct assessments of internal equity, pay competitiveness, and the effects of workforce movements.
• Support leaders in making informed decisions regarding employee development, taking into account criteria, performance, potential, and budget considerations.
• Design and manage succession planning processes, talent mapping, and attrition risk evaluations.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, feedback mechanisms, Individual Development Plans (PDI), and potential assessments.
• Link people diagnostics with developmental actions for leaders and teams.
• Ensure that performance and succession strategies are in line with the company's overarching goals.
• Enhance organizational culture by translating core values and expected behaviors into everyday practices.
• Assist leaders and teams during change initiatives, transformations, restructurings, or the introduction of new working models.
• Champion climate and engagement initiatives that promote involvement, communication, alignment, and adoption of change.
• Identify cultural risks and recommend straightforward, practical measures that align with the business's reality.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields.
• Significant experience in Human Resources, with exposure to HRBP, Total Rewards, Career, Compensation, Culture, or Organizational Development.
• Understanding of career frameworks, compensation structures, internal mobility, succession planning, and performance management.
• Familiarity with tools such as 9-Box, OKRs, Individual Development Plans (PDI), performance evaluations, and engagement/climate surveys.
• Proven experience in providing consultative support to leaders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to influence others.
• Maturity in managing sensitive issues, change initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
• Experience in fast-growing companies or during cultural transformations and restructurings.
• Background in implementing or updating career, compensation, and succession frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools, dashboards, and people analytics.
