πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in the leadership team to direct and shape strategic goals and initiatives.

β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for the business to facilitate an optimal work environment, champion all employees, and support leadership development and succession planning.

β€’ Recognize and comprehend the business and the specific department's role within CareSource and its strategic objectives.

β€’ Keep abreast of internal and external changes in laws, policies, and practices to identify and address risks to employees and the organization.

β€’ Foster strong, trustworthy, and transparent relationships with both employees and leadership to achieve objectives.

β€’ Examine information and trends from various sources, including engagement surveys, exit interviews, and employee feedback, to make recommendations and propose actions for improvement.

β€’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards.

β€’ Work together with other departments to identify, address, and eliminate barriers that hinder a department or employee from achieving optimal performance.

β€’ Assess and influence departmental dynamics and make suggestions aimed at enhancing effectiveness.

β€’ Participate actively within the department and alongside the department's leadership team.

β€’ Encourage cross-department collaboration and information sharing within your team and across the organization.

β€’ Execute any additional job-related tasks as requested.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related field is mandatory.

β€’ Equivalent years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of the required educational background.

β€’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner is essential.

β€’ Proven experience in organizational design, change management, and the ability to collaborate with and influence executive leadership is required.

β€’ Willingness to travel to the Bronx office location as necessary is required.

β€’ Experience in Managed Care, LTSS, or a Health Care environment is preferred.
