This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +1 more state.
• Assists in the implementation of TireHub’s HR strategy within a designated region.
• Acts as a reliable advisor to both leaders and employees.
• Collaborates with the Hub Human Resource team to offer guidance across a wide array of HR functions.
• Leads initiatives for HR change management at the regional level.
• Manages all relevant communications.
• Promotes enhancements in people management and organizational efficiency.
• Encourages collaboration and the sharing of best practices within the HR organization.
• Works together with recruiting, operations, and learning & talent development teams.
• Engages in proactive outreach and communication with remote employees throughout the region.
• Facilitates coaching for managers, employee engagement, and initiatives related to Hubber relations.
• Aids in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires as well as leadership transitions.
• Supports offboarding efforts and conducts exit interviews.
• Offers assistance with compensation review and analysis.
• Reviews job changes, promotions, and workforce analysis to ensure alignment with the organizational structure.
• Manages compliance-related tasks.
• Assists leaders in addressing workplace complaints, performance issues, and other challenges.
• Maintains strong working relationships with regional leaders to advance HR initiatives and operational effectiveness.
• Required to travel within the assigned region at least 50% of the time.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• 3-5 years of experience in a specialized HR area such as recruiting, benefits administration, employee/labor relations, talent development, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in HR metrics, predictive analytics, and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience dealing with sensitive employee relations issues and knowledge of labor legislation.
