This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Act as a proactive and strategic HR/People partner to leaders in field operations.
β’ Facilitate alignment between human capital strategies and business objectives.
β’ Advise leadership on matters related to performance management.
β’ Work in collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts to implement key talent initiatives and programs.
β’ Oversee workforce planning programs and associated processes.
β’ Serve as a compensation consultant and mentor for leadership.
β’ Offer a range of day-to-day Human Resources support services.
β’ Develop and execute centralized HR tools and processes tailored to the needs of the business or division.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of pertinent human resources experience, preferably in a dynamic multi-site organization.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience is required.
β’ HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred.
β’ In-depth knowledge of HR programs, including compensation, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition/development.
β’ Proven experience providing HR consultation to leadership on strategic initiatives.
β’ Comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization and utilizing a data-driven approach to address business challenges.
β’ Familiarity with employment law as it pertains to the administration of policies and processes.
