📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and management teams to formulate and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring that the perspectives of all employees are incorporated into decision-making.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership at all levels, from front-line supervisors to executive management, providing customized HR solutions to address diverse organizational needs.

• Work alongside leadership to pinpoint people-related challenges and opportunities, delivering strategic insights that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

• Ensure harmony between business objectives and HR initiatives by leveraging HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to effectively implement specialized programs and services.

• Collaborate with the Talent team to spearhead talent development initiatives, including performance management, career pathing, and succession planning.

• Assist managers and employees in aligning individual goals with organizational objectives, nurturing a culture of ongoing learning and development.

• Act as a primary resource for employee relations, offering guidance on conflict resolution, performance challenges, and workplace issues for employees at all levels.

• Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that the needs and concerns of both front-line staff and management are addressed.

• Conduct employee relations investigations promptly and thoroughly, guaranteeing fairness, compliance, and resolution of issues.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, providing expertise and guidance to leadership and employees on legal and regulatory matters.

• Collaborate with the Inclusion & Diversity team to implement programs that cultivate an inclusive work environment and support the acquisition, retention, and development of diverse talent.

• Lead and support change initiatives, offering guidance to employees at all levels to help them adjust to organizational changes.

• Utilize HR analytics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with an emphasis on strategic HR business partnership, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

• Required experience working with employees at all levels, from front-line staff to senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is an advantage.

• Strong business acumen with the capacity to connect and align HR strategies with business objectives across various organizational levels.

• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence individuals at all tiers of the organization, from front-line employees to executive leaders.

• Experience working closely with and utilizing HR COEs (Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity) to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Workday as an HRIS, with a proven track record of supporting system implementations and leading the deployment of new features and functionalities across the organization, as necessary.

• Proficient in HR analytics.

• Expertise in employment law and best practices regarding HR policies and procedures, including federal, state, and local regulations.

• Particularly in-depth knowledge of California state employment laws.

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, global, or matrixed environment.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex HR projects and spearhead initiatives that drive change across various organizational levels.
