Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Analyze trends and execute essential action plans in collaboration with regional and divisional leaders, leveraging reporting and HR data.

• Advise leadership on performance management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.

• Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to implement significant talent initiatives and programs.

• Oversee workforce planning programs and processes to facilitate proactive staffing support in conjunction with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development specialists.

• Serve as a compensation consultant and guide leaders in making informed compensation decisions in line with our Total Rewards strategy.

• Offer a range of daily Human Resources support, encompassing policy interpretation, application, and managing the exit interview process.

• Create and execute centralized HR tools and processes based on the specific needs of the business or division, such as engagement survey execution and action planning, leadership training, and talent development strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of pertinent human resources experience, preferably in a dynamic multi-site environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred.

• In-depth understanding of HR programs, including compensation, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition/talent development.

• Proven experience in providing HR consultation to leadership on strategic initiatives.

• Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels and utilizes a data-driven approach to address business challenges.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while striving toward the overarching HR vision and network goals.

• Familiarity with employment law as it pertains to the administration of policies and procedures.
