Human Resources Business Partner – 12 month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Examine human resources data across global, country, and cross-country levels to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement solutions that improve service quality and cost efficiency.

• Assess talent development requirements within specific business areas or regions and collaborate with the Global Human Resources Business Partner.

• Assist the Global HR Business Partner with regional projects and initiatives.

• Provide training on Human Resources programs and processes.

• Engage with senior management in business units to foster relationships and gauge employee and management sentiments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Familiarity with Workday.

• Skills in business consultation and strategic thinking.

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
