This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Support various administrative tasks including photocopying, scheduling interviews and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Maintain employee records and documentation, such as hiring details, disciplinary actions, and records of sick and vacation leave.
• Facilitate new employee orientation by preparing onboarding materials and addressing questions about essential employment policies.
• Monitor payment records and manage payroll processing for both checks and direct deposits.
• Collaborate with both external and internal recruiters to uphold optimal hiring practices.
• Revise company policies to ensure adherence to legal standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the human resources department.
• Respond to telephone calls and email inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
• A BA/BS degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software such as HRIS or HRMS.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and labor regulations in India and the USA.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
