This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Facilitate the hiring process by advertising job openings, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and managing communication with candidates.
β’ Aid in onboarding procedures, which include dispatching offer letters and new hire documentation, monitoring required paperwork, and assisting in the organization of orientation schedules.
β’ Keep precise and current electronic employee records, ensuring all documents are systematically organized and treated with confidentiality.
β’ Assist in monitoring employee information such as attendance, completion of training, and performance review timelines in HR systems or spreadsheets.
β’ Address routine HR queries from employees and candidates, escalating more complex issues to senior HR personnel when necessary.
β’ Help in the preparation of HR correspondence, forms, and standard communications (emails, letters, reminders, etc.).
β’ Contribute to HR initiatives such as training programs, policy implementations, employee engagement efforts, and compliance monitoring.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, particularly regarding confidentiality and data privacy standards.
β’ Prior experience in human resources, administration, or office support is preferred, though motivated, quick learners are also encouraged to apply.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when engaging with employees and candidates.
β’ Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy when managing documents and data.
β’ Proficiency in working with computers, utilizing email, calendars, and basic office software (such as Word, Excel, and online forms).
β’ Capability to handle multiple responsibilities, adhere to deadlines, and follow established procedures in a remote setting.
β’ Ability to exercise discretion and respect confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.
