• The HR Technology professional is responsible for assembling, reviewing, and analyzing requirements related to HR Technology.
• Engages in analysis and participates in audits and various projects.
• Oversees aspects of the HR Technology strategy for a specific initiative, ensuring adherence to consistency, timeliness, and compliance standards.
• Comprehends, interprets, and clarifies program operations while addressing inquiries from employees and other HR professionals.
• Collects and analyzes current HR Technology data, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Manages, analyzes, and maintains data relevant to the delivery and cost of HR Technology programs.
• Responds to inquiries from employees and other HR professionals, utilizing tools or resources to resolve issues, and collaborates with appropriate vendors or HR specialists as needed.
• A theoretical to advanced understanding acquired through a University degree, complemented by relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of the Carrier organization, including its programs or systems, with the capability to implement enhancements in daily operations.
• A University Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level, both written and verbal.
