This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela, +2 more countries.
• Collaborate with various departments and entities throughout the organization to meet and support their HR-related requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for queries concerning HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries.
• Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding process.
• Manage the credentialing procedure, which includes distributing insurance applications and facilitating communication regarding the credentialing of staff.
• Ensure the precision and upkeep of records, including background checks, certifications, credentialing, licensing, training, and other essential documentation to adhere to insurance and legal standards.
• Assist with HR initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance and organizational effectiveness.
• Achieve key HR performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to support departmental objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience with HR processes and compliance is required.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple high-priority projects effectively and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously.
