This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Human Resources Analyst responsible for various HR functions.
β’ Collaborates with departments to enhance employee engagement.

β’ Maintains and updates employee records and HR databases.
β’ Contributes to performance management initiatives.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an analyst.
β’ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
β’ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
