• Assist in essential employee life cycle processes, including onboarding new professionals, managing data, overseeing absence management, handling transfers, and processing leavers.
• Prepare global HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments to contracts, HR policies, benefits enrollment materials, payroll enrollment paperwork, country-specific onboarding guides, and resignation letters.
• Organize and maintain employee records using our proprietary platform: inputting, updating, and preserving customer and professional personal data while processing various forms related to HR activities such as new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.
• Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including information on absences, bonuses, and leaves.
• Conduct audits and checks on data modifications to ensure accurate and timely payments for professionals.
• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and aid in keeping standard operating procedures and policies current.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with professionals and customers to clarify and resolve inquiries and concerns through email, phone, and other communication methods.
• Support the review and renewal of company policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Liaise with GP partners and vendors, including insurance providers, local service providers, and pension providers.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related questions.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Resourceful with a problem-solving mindset and a comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies.
• Strong background in administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of labor legislation across the EMEA, APAC, and US regions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven experience in similar human resources roles.
• Ability to collaborate within an international team comprising members from diverse locations, cultures, and backgrounds.
