This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Facilitate human resources processes, including the development of handbooks, job descriptions, compensation analysis, and tasks related to compliance.
β’ Conduct interviews with clients and collaborate with HR Primary to create and finalize employee handbooks.
β’ Complete Forms I-9, verify necessary documentation, perform audits, and maintain precise employee records.
β’ Reconcile benefits statements and provide assistance with benefits-related administration.
β’ Support recruitment coordination by tracking candidate status in HRIS systems and managing follow-up communications.
β’ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HRIS platforms (including Paylocity, ADP, Paycor, and similar systems).
β’ Engage directly with clients as necessary to support HR initiatives, system solutions, and resolution of issues.
β’ Identify and implement improvements in processes and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is preferred.
β’ Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, ADP, Paycor, or similar systems is required.
β’ Experience in supporting system configurations, audits, or implementations is preferred.
β’ SHRM-CP credential is preferred.
β’ Experience in payroll and benefits is preferred.
