This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to inquiries received via email, phone calls, and other HR-related channels.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees, ensuring orientations, documentation, and exit requirements are thoroughly managed.
• Process payroll timesheets and track employee compliance with company and government requirements and benefits.
• Prepare and manage government benefits reports (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), including remittances, billings, salary adjustments, maternity/sickness notifications, and claims submissions.
• Update payment trackers, employment status records, HR databases, and portals to maintain accurate reporting.
• Monitor and manage employee loans, including related reporting tasks.
• Conduct monthly fieldwork to report on newly hired and separated employees.
• Review advisories, updates, and regulatory compliance on SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE websites.
• Assist the HR Head with organizational planning, space management, performance assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Enhance employee relations by addressing concerns, advocating for wellness and safety programs, and improving communication between the company and employees.
• Manage HR software to organize and collect information throughout the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding.
• Ensure HR formats, documentation, and quality standards are monitored for compliance and accuracy.
• Engage in HR programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement, safety, welfare, and bolster the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Compile, analyze, and distribute reports as required by management.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and recruitment to nurture a positive workplace culture.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of labor laws, due process, and disciplinary action procedures.
• Participate in and contribute to management meetings.
• Execute additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as HR Staff.
• Experience in processing government-mandated employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Labor, Engagement, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management or a comparable course.
• High level of integrity.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Must effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Creative aptitude and proficient writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable to change, with the ability to set and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
