This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Manage all facets of Human Resources, encompassing recruitment, employee development, and relations.
β’ Draft, implement, and advise management on HR-related policies.
β’ Ensure effective communication of policies and provide counsel to employees regarding personnel matters.
β’ Oversee the hiring and onboarding processes.
β’ Develop and negotiate a competitive benefits program that aligns with the values of a diverse workforce.
β’ Supervise compliance activities, including necessary audits and adherence to legal requirements.
β’ Bachelorβs degree along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
β’ Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Capability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
β’ HR certification (supported by HRCI or SHRM) is preferred.
