This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to enhance workflows and processes.
• Act as a liaison between government hiring managers seeking cybersecurity personnel and the Office of Human Capital.
• Generate and oversee personnel requests across various organizations, crafting information into position descriptions that comply with federal regulations.
• Create and manage Personnel Action Requests across different subdivisions.
• Process modification requests to ensure consistency across systems prior to the execution of hiring actions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align position descriptions with the correct grade and security level for job announcement creation.
• Work together with teams to implement updates to organizational charts, including billet realignments and fiscal-year billet allocations.
• Handle requests for qualification assessments, career ladder promotions, and recruitment incentives.
• Assist in workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Coordinate hiring actions, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, interview procedures, and candidate tracking.
• Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data.
• Monitor personnel actions, workforce vacancies, hiring metrics, and staffing advancements.
• Organize employee training, certifications, professional development programs, and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Produce workforce reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings related to staffing, retention, training, and organizational health.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities, workforce communications, and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze workforce trends and propose strategies for addressing skill gaps, succession planning, and talent management.
• Collaborate with human capital offices, contractors, and government stakeholders to fulfill workforce objectives.
• BA or BS degree with 3 to 6 years of experience in a relevant area such as Business Administration, Organizational Management, or Human Resources.
• DHS Suitability is required.
• Excellent coordination abilities to support protocols between senior government managers and the Human Capital office.
• Strong written communication, document creation, briefing, and facilitation skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience utilizing SharePoint and Teams for process development support.
• Strong skills in process development and the ability to comprehend stakeholder impacts on processes.
• Capability to communicate processes both verbally and visually.
• Proficient in handling Controlled Unclassified Information and complying with relevant safeguarding and compliance requirements.
