• Work alongside our curriculum and instructional design team to guarantee the provision of top-notch, industry-aligned learning experiences.

• Act as Academic Developers, Assessors, Moderators, and Critical Readers on a contractual basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Capital Management, Labour Relations, Organisational Development, or a closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated industry experience in human resource management, talent management, organisational development, labour relations, performance management, or people analytics.

• Background in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning contexts.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the skill to convert intricate HR concepts into easily understandable learning materials.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with an instructional designer and academic team, while adhering to structured development timelines.
