Human Resource Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for all positions.

• Perform initial candidate screenings, schedule, and conduct interviews.

• Organize and facilitate training sessions for sales candidates.

• Manage the recruitment process from the interview stage to onboarding.

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.

• Develop and nurture candidate relationships to ensure an outstanding experience.

• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring objectives while contributing to overall recruitment goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduation years: 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027.

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and training, particularly in hiring for sales positions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms.

• Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
