πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Direct the Human Resources department by creating and executing strategic HR initiatives that support organizational objectives.

β€’ Supervise the entire employee lifecycle processes, which encompass hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

β€’ Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, while maintaining a comprehensive and current policy framework.

β€’ Leverage Rippling and various HR systems to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

β€’ Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at nurturing a positive workplace culture.

β€’ Offer guidance and training to managers and staff on HR best practices and organizational policies.

β€’ Accurately manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records while ensuring confidentiality.

β€’ Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate an inclusive work environment.

β€’ Track HR metrics and analyze data to facilitate informed decision-making.

β€’ Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on matters related to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within Human Resources.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of HR management systems, particularly with experience using Rippling.

β€’ Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective HR strategies and initiatives.

β€’ Strong grasp of labor laws, compliance obligations, and HR best practices.

β€’ Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities, with proficiency in English.

β€’ Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.

β€’ Experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within an organization.

β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and convey insights to stakeholders.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly preferred.

β€’ Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for workforce management and productivity.
