Human Resource Development – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Support a diverse community of international students enrolled in undergraduate programs.

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 20-25 online undergraduate students.

• Assist students in developing essential skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.

• Facilitate individual and small group tutoring sessions.

• Evaluate assessments and provide detailed feedback.

• Over 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.

• Extensive knowledge in creating, executing, and assessing employee development programs.

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a recognized university or college.
