Human Resource Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Become an HR Business Partner, providing support to rapidly expanding Health & Wellness DTC teams.

• Work in collaboration with various departments within a matrix structure (Creative, Growth, Tech & Ops).

• Oversee performance cadences, make pay level decisions, enhance managerial skills, and automate HR operations utilizing modern tools.

• Improve playbooks, policies, programs, and strategies.

• Evaluate impact using eNPS, cycle time, and retention metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of HR experience as an HRBP, working with manager-level stakeholders in dynamic, remote-first teams.

• Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end People processes across multiple areas simultaneously in a matrix environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills for effective prioritization and process streamlining.

• Excellent understanding of time management principles (Gantt Charts) with a preference for SaaS tools (Asana, Monday, etc.).

• Proficient in Google Workspace and other office management applications such as Notion, Asana, and Slack.
