This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Serve as a brand ambassador, enhancing Castilliansā Employer Brand image with the primary objective of establishing Castillians as the Employer of Choice in the Tech sector.
⢠Assist in the implementation of the Castillians brand strategy as necessary.
⢠Interact with clients and candidates in a professional and ethical manner to foster long-lasting business relationships for Castillians.
⢠Diligently update Castilliansā CRM platform, ensuring that all communications with clients and candidates are accurately recorded for easy access and seamless continuation by colleagues.
⢠Sustain a strong candidate pipeline for both required and deployed talent by creating, nurturing, and managing designated talent verticals.
⢠Source certified talent for Castillians on a global scale, or as directed by management periodically.
⢠Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs as outlined by leadership.
⢠Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the company as needed.
⢠A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or HR Business Partner positions, preferably within Tech, Finance, or Professional Services sectors.
⢠Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing KPIs (placement targets, pipeline velocity, retention metrics).
⢠Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms (such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, Lever).
⢠Strong skills in conflict resolution and coaching.
⢠Core competencies include ethical judgment and professionalism.
⢠A project management-oriented mindset.
⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Capability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
⢠This position is remote.
